I got my license done last week, Lisa was my test assessor for my road test. She explained the process so calm and very professional. she checked on my last result and see why I couldn’t pass it before and she told me to forget about the test before and told me today is a new day! I had my driving test at yesterday 1:45pm.I met a Indian examiner who was very friendly and spoke fluently and clearly. When giving instructions, the language is simple and clear and the voice is loud.I’m so luck to have him to be my examiner. He make me less nervous on the driving test at a raining day.

I had an appointment at VicRoads Carlton and was held up as there was an accident so I was late by 15 minutes. It’s not my fault Melbourne roads are atrocious and cause so many accidents. Disappointing that I now have to make another booking and pay the fee again. Well done VicRoads…

Just got my license from Carlton. Such nice inspector I got. Started my test anxiously with a honk from the car behind me. But he was cool and gentle. Just calmed me down. After the test he gave me feedback for improving the driving and gave the license. What a day. Live Carlton vic

Today I had the privilege of having Lisa for my driving test. Her communication of what I was to do was perfect and she was very pleasant to deal with and had excellent customer service skills at the counter. I was greeted with a friendly smile and attitude and immediately I felt much less nervous and anxious about the upcoming driving test (which I was rather stressed about it) she is an asset to your team Vic roads!

Completely hopeless.Found out my car was not registered because last year VicRoads only emailed renewals which got caught up in my spam filters.Re-Registration by appointment only. 1-2 months wait. Then I turn up to register by appointment to be told that I didn't actually need the said inspection, but that in any case I had missed the time available since so they were unable to take my payment nor re-register my vehicle.Next available appointment time 2 months time. In echuca. 3 hours drive in each direction.Great customer service!
