I wont recommend anyone to buy their property as the sound proofing of their buildings are so bad. I brought an apartment from them and since then I have no peace. You can hear your neighbours playing music and it echos throughout your entire house. If some speaks in their balcony or in play area at ground level you can hear it from your balcony clearly. This issue has been raised in Strata meeting since I brought this apartment but they always have an excuse. I will never ever buy a property from them as it destroys your peace and mental health. Also when I brought this property I had to pay water and council bill for a month extra before you owned the property because Aland did not pay for them.

My dealings with Aland have been very professional and positive. The sales team have always been genuinely helpful and prompt in answering all questions. I can highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing an apartment property.

Hi Aland Team,I bought a unit at Lotus, Schofields NSW. The property was as per the exceptions, however there was some issues with exhaust fan at the Courtyard where the noise was so loud that we were not able to sleep in the nights. I send the email to the Louts BM and within few weeks the issue was resolved where it felt like the entire Aland team was looking into the matter.I would like to thank you the entire team to resolve the issue, especially Joseph Khodier (GM)to organize the team to inspect, Estived Rendon (PM) who actually came to check and fixed the issue and last but not the least to Sahil Moudgil (BM) who was and is in constant touch not just about this issue but any other problem we have at Lotus and tries to fix it at the earliest.Keep up the great work and once again Thank you and really appreciated.
