All machines full again!!! Happens every second time I use the Ballina outlet on weekends. At least 2 machines are out every time I visit. Only 2 bottle machines to 4 cans. Called the number for assistance only to be told they get emptied once a day and they don’t know when. Poor customer experience every time. With sensors in each machine there should be some way to know when emptying is required and a truck ordered. Monopoly on recycling leads to low customer experience.

Ballina needs to sort itself out Sunday full, Monday 4.30pm closed for cleaning, Tuesday 4.15pm cleaning again waited 20 mins

The best earn and return we have seen, plenty of vending machines( traveling Australia we have seen a few ) workers onsite at all times cleaning with an assistant to help if needed

This facility has 4 plastics/cans and only 2 bottle recycling shoots available more often than not one of the bottles if not both are full. Should have atleast 3 bottle shoots operating in my opinion.

My daughter and I had 4 green garbages of bottles and cans and it all went without one drama, not one malfunction with the conveyor belts. Lovely staff.

I've always found the Ballina earn and return to be excellent but one time at 2 pm a girl was refused entry because the cleaners had arrived and the place was closing. There is no mention of closing during the day on their website ... it says open 7am to 7pm. This needs to be fixed please.

Would be more efficient if the machines were cleaned and emptied out of opening hours, this is an industrial area so the small amount of noise emptying these bins shouldn't be a problem, I've been there early at least 3 times in the last month and either the bins are full or have just been shut down 30mins after opening to be emptied this is only 1 depot out of 3 in this area
