I purchased a beautiful Faith Hope Charity pendent from eBay. There was a delay in delivery due to Covid 19. I contacted the owner (Perry) who was so helpful in guiding me on how to track my order, a refreshing surprise of wonderful customer service. Be patient people, I live in Victoria and their shop is based in Wollongong NSW, the delay was due to Covid and Australia Post. The order was posted out in 24 hours, it was time stamped by Australia post and sent in registered post at their cost. Highly recommend. Thanks Perry

Site claimed open today. Wasted my valuable time travelling there and back. Other pawn shops updated site to notify customers they were closed this Easter sunday - not these guys though, obviously customer service is a priority. They site stated open TODAY!
