Alan Mance Motors - Footscray

I rang Allan Mance Motors, around midday, simply to book my car in for a service, I have never used them before. I was told by one lady someone will call me back. No call., I rang back about an hour and a half later, got another lady to which she tells me that I should allow up to 24 hours for a return call...to which I thought was a bit odd but o.k. So it's been 3 days now and still no call.So Alan Mance Motors, if that's your dealings with a simply service booking, I'd hate to see the rest of your customer service dealings!On an upside, I rang Kevin Dennis Dealership, got put through directly to service and an appointment was booked, a car offered if required and a text message to confirm booking.Save yourself the time and go to Kevin Dennis Dealership, where you feel like you actually matter.

We bought a Chev Silverado 2 and half years ago. Since needing a service and trying to get minor problems fixed their service department has been nothing short of a joke. Everytime we have managed to book in for a service/repairs, they have NEVER EVER fixed a problem. They ALSO NEVER return calls it takes at least 3 or 4 calls to get anyone to help. If you leave a message they can never find it. Will never purchase a car through them again. Worst service I have ever encountered.

Edit: After posting this review I was finally emailed and Stephen gave me a full refund for my trouble. I just wish I didn't have to have spent months chasing it up.I placed an order back in August, received half the order within a week. 3 months later I still haven't received the rest of my order. I've emailed multiple times with no response, called twice and was told to leave it with them and they'll sort it out, yet I've heard nothing back and it's still not resolved. The last two times I've contacted them I requested they just cancel and refund me so I can buy the product elsewhere, but it seems even just cancelling an order is an impossible task for this company.

Have brought my car for services since the KIA dealership where I bought my car in 2016 was closed and the business transferred to Alan Mance. I have rarely been satisfied with this dealerships version of Customer Service. It took 5 years for them to actually replace a part that I had pointed out was faulty for all that time. Today I dropped my car off at 7.30 am ( the first person there) and the pick up time was agreed to be 3.00pm. I was informed this service would be $680.00 dollars- a bit surprised by this cost. I arrived to pick up my car at 3.15pm to be told it would be another 30-45 minutes. I am not impressed especially as I can see other cars waiting to be picked up that obviously were dropped after mine. This is probably going to be the last service under the 7 year warranty requirements and they have done little to encourage me to keep on taking my car to them. I cannot rate them poorly enough.

Brayden helped me out with the purchase of my new car and I can honestly say that it was the most easiest process out. Brayden really took into consideration everything I was asking and made my experience so smooth and seamless. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. Brayden not only listens carefully for what you’re after but truely delivers on the dream car you’ll purchase.

I purchased my car from Alan Mance. From the first initial phone call to delivery of my car both Anthony Jones and Liam Power were amazing!!! The car I wanted was is in high demand at the moment however I was able to get my car within 2 months thanks to the efficient hard work of both. Both were extremely patient and professional in dealing with me and my constant phone calls asking for delivery updates, questions about my car etc. On the day of delivery for me, Liam and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond to present my beautiful new Sorrento to me. I was there with my partner and dad and they were also blown away :) The car reveal itself brought tears to my eyes and I am absolutely in love with my beautiful car. I can not thank both Liam and Anthony for making my dream come true along with dealing with me haha. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone purchasing a car.

Bought our new Tuscon from Alan Mance who had only become a dealer quite recently. They provided a great experience and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend them to friends/family.
