One of the worst agency in Australia!!!! Their holiday homes have no privacy. Agent can come in anytime they want. This made us think that their holiday homes can have hidden cams tooo. BE CAREFUL FROM THIS TYPE OF AGENCY AND THEIR HOLIDAY HOMES.

The host entered the house without any notice . Without any knock he came looking for us upstairs . House have electrical and gas issues .They have too many strict rules and house have to be fully cleaned at checkout

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST . They kept our $1000 bond because we had visitor's. We showed them they have another booking but they never believe customers .First day on check-in 1am night the gas run out and we had to take cold showerPlus the electricity was tripping we had to reset over 20 times

Joan and Peter went above and beyond to ensure our holiday in Jindabyne was wonderful. Their attention to detail was impeccable. The views over the lake were amazing and we even woke up to emus grazing in the paddock next door. The property was beautiful and spacious with 4 large bedrooms, each with a lake view. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Jindabyne. Thank you Joan and Peter.

Peter and Joan are amazing, I've stayed with them now on multiple occasions and the service has always been top notch, the properties are clean, well maintained and overall just the best holiday rentals around. I'll never book a stay with anyone else when i visit the slopes!

What an amazingly Wonderful experience !! Everyone at Alpine Country Holidays provided exceptional customer service – the accommodations were impeccable; the property descriptions accurate; the attention to detail was top notch; and the amazing Country hospitality couldn’t have been better. Having just returned from a lengthy overseas trip, although very delayed, I finally had the time to write this review (which I rarely do). Of all of our accommodations throughout this trip, our lengthy stay with Alpine Country Holidays was the BEST by far !!

Peter and the team at Snow Escape Holidays have been absolutely incredible for our family over the last 5 years for winter and summer trips. It’s the nice personalised touch that make them very different from any other accomodation rental service business in Jindabyne. Always welcomed with a little something special, immaculate accommodation with plenty of wood for the fireplace making it the best ski / mountain biking escapes.
