6 months after lease and still no intention shown to refund the bond, despite ongoing understanding and verbal confirmation of no damages present. Completely non-responsive when it comes to tenant matters, and demonstrate very poor ethics.

If you can’t find any other real estate agent in Clayton this is the best agent Philip never returns your call even in any urgent situation, but he will be very nice to you until he gets what he wants, can’t believe this kind of unprofessional people running the Realestae business. Specially students be very careful when you sign the contracts with them. I don’t know how come some people got good experience may be they are talking about different agents

They never return calls, you have to ring ring and ring and when someone finally answers the phone they appear play dumb. We are currently using them to manage a rental property that we are trying to sell. I initially tried calling them to give them the opportunity to sell it for us but due to them not returning my calls we were forced to engage another agent. Stay away, it's just not worth the frustration.

Worst agency ever, Costa never reply email or phone call after my lease ended, I didn't get the bond back until two months after the lease end. Costa tricks me that the lanlord wants to claim the damage, but I lived there for two years and know the landlord, the landlord told me that he didn't care about that little damage at all.When I tried to rent a new property and filled in my previous living places, Costa is the only one that never gives me the reference, nor reply my call or email.If u don't want to have your bond back or want to live there and the agency will never reference for you, just choose Citywide Realestate!

If you want to be served with the worst real estate experience, please visit them!I’ve been in Melbourne for a while now and have rented houses across multiple real estate agents, and i can say with high confidence that Philip has been the worst to interact and deal with. I’ll never go back again!!
