A great experience all around. Sergio took the time to explain the issues to me, talked honestly about the options available, and gave me confidence that the work being done was being done correctly. Even going to the effort to show me the genuine manufacturer parts he'd ordered for my service. Given this was a large service (timing belt replacement, and other major mechanical works) this highlights the dedication of he and his team. Car runs great, and its definetly feeling loved!Highly recommend. Will be back.

Sergio replaced the alternator on our Land Rover Discovery 3 so efficiently. We were traveling back to Brisbane when our car encountered the problem. He pulled out all the stops to get our family of 5 back on the road.He fitted the repair in during a very busy period and used quality spare parts hot shorted from Melbourne.Much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Was warned after I booked and took car there..I said don't tell me you can do it and you can't!.......sure enough he couldn't...never contacted me ever..I ran out of patience 3mths later.....he charged me $350 for him to learn he is basic oil change guy..and had no idea..hes Full of it!!!!

Sergio has helped me out on a number of occasions with my BMW X5 over the past year. I have been incredibly impressed with his professionalism, dedication and diligence with my vehicle. He provides excellent value I haven't come across from any other European mechanic in the capital cities; nor have I had such excellent communication and information from a mechanic on what he needs to do on a vehicle. Highly recommended.
