Unclean desk space the owners seem like they wont bother to clean, loud customers, the pcs may look nice but once you log in everything is stuck in chinese and half the games wont even work.Very disappointing experience.

Nice stuff. Everything is pretty clean and cozy. The equipment set up is good. All the softwares are up to date. Cute cat. :) Recommended.

Great environment, high quality service! Everything is different, much faster network and the toilet is much cleaning.

Honestly expected it to be cleaner...The desk was covered in dust, crumbs, and rubbish.The monitor had finger prints and smudges.The mouse pad was actually disgusting, felt real gross touching it.The whole store just needed to be cleaned.I don't think it would be very hard to do basic daily cleaning... especially when the staff are just on their phones behind the counter the entire 3 hours I was there.The computer did the job, but not very well. Had to lower my graphics settings for the game, because the computer just couldn't handle it. Headphones were extremely uncomfortable and low quality.I didn't have any problem with the customer service though. Really nice people.Don't normally visit these cafes as I've got my own CLEAN set up at home, but I've been without internet for the past 3 weeks so I desperately wanted to play some games.Conclusion, they could honestly do better.
