Terrific mechanics. Very honest and trustworthy place. They have looked after me quickly and fairly on a number of occasions. Have gone above and beyond what you'd expect. Their prices are very fair when compared to other mechanics in the area also. Couldn't recommend more highly!!

Have been taking our 4 cars here for a few years now and Glen did a pretty decent job. However after our latest encounter we will be looking for a new mechanic. Brought in my son's car to fix his airconditioning unit. We didn't know if it was broken or needed a re-gas. Told this to the mechanic who brought in an airconditioning man who re-gassed it. After a week or 2 it doesn't work. I rang DPM and spoke to Glen's son. He was so rude and took no responsibility as in his own words I only work here". We'll don't you represent your father's business?? He told me to "stop talking". Lovely customer service. I suggested he needed training in customer relations and he followed with some rather terse comments. I am sorry to say that this business is doomed to failure if it is left in this young man's hands as he doesn't have a clue about how to treat customers and if that's any indication of his mechanical skills

My family and I have used this business for over 20 years. Glenn has helped us with inspecting cars, fixing all mechanical problems been on call for all 7 of us and our many vehicles over the years. We thoroughly recommend his expertise, work ethic, efficiency, trust worthiness and overall good nature.
