Great atmosphere! Immediately upon entry i was offered a drink. The food was great also! The piano player provided a great vibe to the already buzzing establishment. Will be back!

One of Launcestons finest homes, this house is situated in a prestigious location, with a commanding street presence and exquisite botanical gardens. Set behind meticulously manicured gardens you are greeted by timeless architecture and superlative construction quality. A vast garage with multiple parking spaces is set beside the main entrance which opens into a barrista cafe on the left and a majestic library on the right. Down the grand staircase a glorious dining area adjoins to the main kitchen and casual lounge area. A formal lounge area connects with rich views over the vast reserve at the rear of the property. Enormous master bedrooms include ensuites and walk in robes, each including a small study allowing guests the flexibility of working from their rooms. The open rear deck enjoys daily sunlight while guests breathe in the pure Tasmanian air overlooking a garden that is beaten by no other. The gardens stature gives the impression that the house has 6 full time gardeners, and features an impressive tin shed alongside an outdoor house for guests that bring young children . The food, drink and entertainment leaves guests checking their calander for when best to return.
