As previous reviewers have said - their outlet sale is not worth the hassle.No size exchanges, returns or credit notes. Plus no customer service phone line, only email.

DO NOT purchase from the Alice McCall stores or the online store. If the item does not fit you, you can't even exchange it or get a credit note. The customer service is incredibly poor, and you are much better purchasing from a reseller.

I bought quite a few items from AM for the first time online during the start of Covid and one was faulty. Great communication to have it sent back for a refund but unfortunately such a reputable designer store and no formal returns process. I paid for standard post for the return and it apparently never arrived back. Lost my money on that one and AM lost a longstanding customer.
