We didn't get all our chicken pieces, the chips was mushy and soaky when we got home. Service? wa have to ask if we could get a paperbag for the drink and the coleslaw. Atmosphere, dirty. food on the and the tables was not cleaned.

DISGUSTING -DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, ITS THE WORST KFC I’VE EVER HAD!!!!, I’ve been there twice both times the chicken was old/over cooked, dark and what little coating there was it was dry and brittle. One was a burger box with one piece of chicken, they gave me a back piece! the chicken was so dry it had no moisture in it. If I could give this place minus starts I would.

Excellent customer service. Fast and good quality. Had avoided KFC for a while after visiting a store in Ryde ages ago. Smelt the chips and caved. Was quite great.

The time it takes to get an order, my god. A whole bunch of ppl waiting with 2 cashiers and 1-2 customers at them. Only 1 guy making the meal. Do better KFC Liverpool with the resource management

Worst KFC ever. People are so unfriendly and lazy as if they are imprisoned to work there. Look at the chips they served me today for what I paid. How long does it take to fry them f* chips. Guys if you ever go in this worst kfc mistakenly, do not forget to check your food right in there because most probably it won’t be fresh. Get your money’s worth.

The worst KFC I have had in my 55 years of life, it was overcooked to the point that the two drumsticks ( the length of my index finger - tiny ) , in the Giant feast had no weight in them, the chicken was so tough and dry I couldn’t swallow it, to be honest it was like it was old and cooked again, one there was also a cut of chicken I didn’t recognise as what I usually find in their selection.when I tried to contact the store the store ph , a land line , diverted to a mobile phone that was switched off, I took photos and threw it in the bin, inedible!. I wish I could give no stars

Purchased takeaway. On arriving home discovered we only had 1 x small chips instead of 2 x large chips, 18 nuggets instead of 20 and a bread roll we didn’t order.

Always have to ask for more salt on chips otherwise they are lacking.Get in the right drive through as left gets stuck because of smaller turn and is slower at serving as a result. eg 2 on right to one in left queue.

Went there on Thursday,dinner for 2 $34 for 1 chicken burger 1 drink 2 pieces of chicken thrown in the bag 1 bx burnt mashing balls cold chips potatoes and gravy and mashing plus 1 gravy. I was looking forward to it hadn't had it 4 a while.i won't be go back there and yes when your hungry you'll eat anything including KFC.

The staff are always quite rude and seem to be more interested in mucking around and ignoring their customers than actually working. The food is also not good at all, chips are always soggy with no seasoning and the popcorn chicken is mostly just small chunks of breading not actual meat.
