Excellent work and friendly staff, they also inspected my front brakes and suspension properly, not just by kicking the front wheel as hard as they could, and telling me from kicking the front wheel, I needed a front end rebuild. I took my AU Falcon in for 60 point inspection, whilst they did give it a good inspection was told heater valve was corroded and imminent failure was a real risk and that radiator was leaking and needed replacing. Upon installation of new parts I found bottom radiator hose was loose! No corrosion on heater valve( however it would have needed replacement within aprox 12 months, they then presented me with $5000- quote and said “ just bring it in once a month and you won’t notice $500- per month!” They’re overall evaluation of the problems with the car were not 100% off, but they did encourage me to do unnecessary work, I can’t prove they loosened the bottom radiator hose but let me say it had not leaked before it began to leak the minute I got home (less than 2 km) and subsequently dropped several litres of coolant! Upon inspection there were no apparent leaks in radiator or hose! They had caps on the clamps and the one on the bottom hose was missing whilst the rest of the hoses remained untouched!I can not prove they did me dirty but I CAUTION ANY FUTURE CUSTOMERS TO BE WARY OF THIS FRANCHISE!!!

Exemplary customer service provided by Ian. He was not only able to repair the brakes on my RAV4, but was able to solve my faulty alternator problem. What was going to be a 4 day wait for a part, by another repair organisation, was resolved today. He also took the time to show me some upcoming suspension problems, for which he provided a sensible quote. Highly recommended for anybody requiring brake and / or suspension repairs / upgrades.

After shopping around numerous stores settled on Pedders Lonsdale for a lift and airbags on PX3 Ranger. From first contact explanation was provided on what would work best, together with other options. No hard sell, just options and recommendations.
