Stephanie's Country Cottages

It was our pleasure to stay with Stephanie in Drummond as it fulfilled all of hopes for a pleasant couple of nights in first class accommodation and complimented an overall memorable trip. There are lots of nice walks in the area surrounding the cottages which are situated within stones throw of kangaroo spotting/Chooks/catery/some lovely gees and ducks. This made the comfort inside the cottage all the more lovely.The attention to detail and coordination of of interior design ideas really is testament to Stephanie's experience when it comes to putting together a living/bedroom room scheme which one can appreciate as having been lovingly constructed.It felt as though we could stay there longer amid beautiful evening ambience. Following our warm welcome, Stephanie was on hand for any questions /assistance but otherwise allowed us space and privacy to relax and enjoy the time there to the max.It'll go down as one of the best trips we had away and this is in no small part to Stephanie's professionalism. We thank her wholeheartedly for her hospitality and look forward to seeing her again one sunny day in Drummond.

A home away from home, but better. A place that calms your anxieties and relaxes you to the core. Not extravagant, but extremely comfortable and homely. To wake up to Roos Grazing amd other wildlife ‘doing their thing’ is just so peaceful and natural. Stephanie offers all of this on her property and the two bedroom cottage was ideal for myself, adult teenager, aged parents and much lived pooch. If you are looking for somewhere that welcomes you to their home with a homemade pizza and fudge delicacies, this is the place to stay. We stayed at the Homestead suite over the weekend because we were attending a wedding at Fryerstown. The suite was lovely and comfortable. Stephanie and Philip were great hosts and gave us great details on how to get to places (4G and 5G reception can be patchy while your traveling) so it was a huge help. We had a problem after the wedding which meant that we had to shuffle things around in terms of accommodation and Stephanie did not hesitate to help us. We will always be grateful for that. Would love to book this accommodation again if we come back to the area.

Wonderful country property very homely with open fire wood plentiful on site source by the residential hosts.Additional reverse cycle heating and aircon. Pet friendly with a fully fenced and safe area. The cottage overlooked a lake spring fed with ducks and geese and free roaming chicken, and kangaroo in multiple numbers in close proximity grazing just beyond the fenced yard. Was wonderful to sit out on the back verandas taking in the sounds of the bird life bush sounds so peaceful. We stayed in the larger cottage that slept 4 adults . Tastefully furnished quality linen with 2 King beds a fully equiped Kitchen. Stephanie provided a lovely welcoming gift of fudge and homemade vegan pizza. Another lovely find was the freshly ground coffee beans and coffee machine.Stephanie and Phillip are wonderful hosts friendly welcoming and truely loved having our 3 cavoodles stay .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.With thanks Dianne& Gary ,Isobel, Rosanna and our dogs Charlie Lola and Oakley
