If you love 3D Printing this is the shop to be. Different sizes and types of 3D Printers are available. Parts can also be found, but better call first and check stock before going. Various types of filaments but not the best price. Staff are very accomodating.

Bit disappointed in 3D printers online. It took over 2 weeks for my order to be shipped out and was reassured that it was picked up when it took 4 days to actually show and be picked up. When the item arrived it wasn't packaged well and one of the prongs was bent. Would have been great if it was a little more organized or better communication in the company.

They have a fantastic showroom and great customer support whether your an amateur or expert 3D printing enthusiast.Bought an Artillery SWX1 from them a few years ago, amazing printer but recently I couldn't figure out why it was stopping randomly.They were not only able to help diagnose and fix other issues over the phone but when we figured out it was the extruder stepper motor, I was able to bring it in and the amazing Calum replace it with help from Jordan and David right there on the spot as well as some other repairs!Thank you so much 3D Printers Online!

Lucas was amazing in the production of a character mask I needed for my daughter for a cosplay event. He did the job within 48 hours and it turned out perfect! Great communication and customer service and well priced will definitely use them again!

Amazing customer support and I got help from them with some stuff and they were super fast to sort them out. They stock Phrozen 3D printers which are quite amazing. Printed this On my Shuffle 2018. They also used Express shipping to ships all my printers and all of them arrived safely within 1-2 days to melb.

I have made several purchases with these guys and most of the time something goes wrong.One of click n collect orders wasn't processed for over 24 hours and required me to follow up with them to get the order ready.And my last order was meant to be pick-up but the website changed it at the last minute to delivery, probably cause I paid with PayPal. I immediately sent a message through the Web chat but for some reason they packed and shipped my item that quickly (within an hour) that there was no way to change it.That really annoyed me cause the cost of the shipping to my place, which is local, was at least 30% of the order total. I still didn't receive a message from their Web chat.Will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
