What a shame….First I’d like to note. Friendly staff and the food was nice, maybe a tad overpriced but still nice.When we arrived for dinner I couldn’t believe how quiet it was and I soon understood why. First impressions were a really nice setting and place to eat. But as you look around you begin to see the place looks like it hasn’t had money put back into it in a while. Chairs due for replacement, paint work worn and due for a freshen up. Not to mention when I went into the change room to change my 4 month old, I literally had to use the torch light on my phone to see what I was doing. I’d love to see this place at its full potential because it could be fantastic.Suggestions would be do a little maintenance around the place, drop the prices a tad to get people back in the doors and potentially look at the likes of doing nightly specials on different meals. I hope this feedback helps and again I’d love to see the place take off!!

I would love to be able to support business close to where I live but as far as their bottle shop prices for a popular beer ( great northern original) go are absolutely disgusting. Maybe if you priced yourself a bit more competitive you would get more local support.

Pictures tell a thousand words. Helen and her Colleagues are EXCELLENT and are welcoming to the Tavern.As is the case in all situations where one uses their manners and shows respect they are only to willing to make your visit a good one.The Staff interacted with all our family and we all had fun it was loud there was laughter and the rest of the guests didn't seam to mind.The food is excellent and worth waiting alittle for.

Thought we would stop in for lunch as we haven’t been here before, us two there and another couple.We ordered before the couple and received our meal after them, chicken schnitzel burger was $20 burnt and tasteless. My partner had the $29 grilled barramundi and said it was horrid as if it’s been in the microwave. Very disappointed won’t be back here again.

Standard tavern food and drink. The steak sandwich was pretty good. The staff were great. Would visit again.

Great place for lunch. The staff we very friendly, warm and inviting. We had the steak sandwich and hamburger which was so fresh with the steak melting in your mouth. The fries were crisp and tasty also.

Staff very friendly and quick to serve.Food came out quickly and was well presented. The sirloin steak was cooked well and the salad garnishes were very nice. The parmigiana had a nice flavour however the schnitzel was very dry, tasted like it was cooked earlier and reheated.

Great food, service a little slow for some, like waiting so long for their meals and especially ☕coffee. Very pleasant staff.
