Honestly was quite disappointed in the experience here— I’ve attended the Melbourne Bistro Guillaume before and adored it so thought this would be of equal quality but unfortunately not the case. See the different between the cheese soufflé at the Melbourne establishment versus the burned and crunchy sad display of a cheese soufflé at this bistro as evidence of the quality discrepancy.On top of that the seating arrangements are poor, our table was in the middle of a busy walkway where groups and staff were constantly scurrying past which didn’t make for a relaxing start to the evening, to their credit they did find us another table upon asking. But really, there probably just shouldn’t be a table there to begin with. It was giving food court vibes— especially the noise of the establishment. There’s nothing to dampen the sound at all so it is LOUD.I always find bread a good barometer for restaurants, it’s pretty hard to mess up so if a place does then it’s not boding well for the rest of their menu. The bread was cold and the butter colder— so good luck trying to spread it. As well as the disappointing cheese soufflé, the French fries were also disappointing— not shoestring French fries like you’d expect but instead the same sort of chips you’d expect at a fish and chippery. Pretty meh meal all in all, and we ditched the idea of dessert since we weren’t keen for further expensive disappointment.

I recently had a birthday dinner here with a group of nine friends. I must say it was such a great fine dining experience we all had.I'm not sure whether there's the time limit during busy days or not, but it was a Tuesday night so it was quite relaxing. We had made a reservation for 6:30pm, but because we were waiting for more friends coming after, we didn't place our orders until after 7pm. The staff was super friendly and understanding, allowing us to enjoy our evening. We ended up staying until around 9pm, and throughout the entire time, we never felt rushed.The food was slow to arrive, however, it was worth the wait. I ordered the medium-rare Steak sirloin, and it was cooked just right on the spot. I was not a big fan of grill potato however it was done nicely for the dish. The bread and butter served as a prelude to the meal was also really nice.For dessert, my friends and I decided to share a cheese board, it was pretty average just like any other places. My partner had the profiteroles, which i got to try a little bit. The serve came with 3 little profiteroles, and was beautifully presented.My friend received her complimentary birthday wish from the restaurant. It was nice , however, it was only a small cookie with chocolate writing, which felt a bit underwhelming given the overall experience.All in all, our evening at Bistro Guillaume was an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a refined dining experience, be it for a special occasion or an intimate gathering.

One of many great eateries in the Burswood Casino complex, Perth. Western Australia. We attended with a family of 10 people and had a great time. Great food and service. The music was at the correct volume, so you could hear yourself speak without shouting. You’ll not be disappointed.

Was a little apprehensive considering some of the newest reviews but I can honestly say that the food was delicious, staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant was very elegant and pretty. It was a very pleasant lunch.The food. We had the festive menu which finished today. 3 course meal and added the steak tartare because I have to try every steak tartare in the menu.Steak tartare was delish but I did feel it had a tad too much egg it was almost slimy but not quite. It came with potsto net fries - these were delish but so deléitate it was hard to pickup the meat with it, you have to be gentle and place the meat on.Entree Octopus was so well cooked, soft with great flavours and the sauce wit it was to die for.Main market fish was soo lovely. Well cook with caramelisation on top and still a nice flaky moist fishDessert creme brûlée- I cannot go past a creme brûlée and this one didn’t disappoint. It also came with 2 warm madeleines which were so good. I wanted to order some to take away.

Staff here are very attentive and make you feel very welcomed. The entree Fremantle Octopus was so tender and delicious, which I would definitely recommend. Although the portion of the lamb was abit small it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The pastry of the mille feuille was also great and balanced well with the raspberry flavour. It was nice to just sit back and have a relaxing meal overlooking the outdoor pool.

The quality of their dishes is always consistent and top notch. Had the lamb rump which was just amazing. It is one of the better fine dining experiences at Crown.

Loved the decor, all 3 courses were superb, was recommended by a friend and cam see why.The lunch package was fantastic value, will definitely return.

Truly incredible dining experience. The souffles and the Parisian gnocchi were out of this world. Service was impeccable. Would recommend 100% to anyone.
