Lying, Dishonest, Deceitful, Uncaring, those are only a few words i would use to describe the staff and Business, if your import company uses these guys use another import company that does not use them, or if your car is there expect to find it damaged buy an ACT OF GOD, those are the words used by the owner Greg to explain water damage caused by Negligent Staff. Will never go near or will direct anyone i can away from this business after being spoken to by the said owner Greg over damaged caused to my Vehicle while being processed at Container Fumigation Services.

Today my husband and I came to pick up our car. The lady at the reception desk was polite and helpful. My husband asked to be let in to examine the car, the lady answered that he can't as he had no safety vest. We all went out as the lady was trying to help and show us where to go. Then all of a sudden, absolutely unprovoked the other receptionist, a tall younger lady, who was sitting closer to the street rushed out of the office and started absolutely scream at my husband that she wouldn't allow him talk impolitely to her colleague, she ordered us to leave the place as we don't have safety vest , so we can't be there and was absolutely rude and aggressively attacked us. We were absolutely dumfounded as it was absolutely unprovoked, my husband was never impolite and the lady had no problem with him and understood his request. The arrogant receptionist was not wearing either a mask or safety vest and was trying to kick us out. Never in my life have I seen that sort of aggression and incompetence from customer service. Then after absolutely abusing us she went back. The truck driver who was out with us and whom she also abused also resented it.The other lady seemed apologetic, she found the safety vest for my husband, helped us a lot and we are thankful to her, but we are absolutely sure that if half of your customer service are like that you have no customer service
