If I could rate zero stars, I would. I purchased a bag for a Christmas gift. After the first use, the (expensive) bag broke. I have been trying for MONTHS to get in contact with someone about a replacement and it appears that customer service is not important to this company. I have purchased from the store in the past and had no negative feedback, however the support for people purchasing online is non existent. Do yourself a favour - buy leather from someone who cares and will help, should you face any issues.

I thought this was too good to be true but it is actually trueI have bought a leather bag and was not sure about the quality given the prices compared to the marke.I received it yesterday andIt is AMAZING, very Elegant, Great qulaity and the best part is they accomdated my urgent need for the order and had next day FREE deliveryI just cant recommend GREENWOOD LEATHER enough and will definitly be a regular customer
