I didn't want to but needed to express the positive staff transformation this particular store has gone through! (Night shift)How is it possible these days to be served by a staff member with the most bubbly,friendly,positive attitude I've ever seen or heard? This is the question I was asking myself every evening I required something from this store. Surely this can do attitude isn't real I ask myself!Well I finally found out that it is real! Infact, she is real! And if you wanna see this rare species for yourself then pop by 7-ELEVEN Park ridge most evenings and you'll know who she is but just incase, ...her name is Pamela!! Thankyou Pamela and thankyou 7-ELEVEN for providing the best ever personal service ive ever experienced!!!

3 coffee machines, only ever 1 running, for months, leaving customers queued up in the morning. No customer service care.

Make sure u check ur reciepts as they add in extra purchases!

ATM machine faulty, takes cards, consul operator does not care, just tells you simply that she is too busy to make a 5 minute phone call and to phone your bank and have the card cancelled, it takes 5 minutes for her to make a phone call, or it takes 2 weeks+ to get a new card from the bank, and will take longer, because of the Christmas closures, 7/11 Park Ridge could not care less.

Not the best but also not the worst fuel price reasonable for Brisbane prices, female behind counter friendly, only 1 coffee machine worked but it did give nice coffee

It's clean staff are friendly but there coffee machines seem to break down a lot they are used that much they can't handle the traffic.

no fuel lock or app services available because the scanner doesn’t work. Staff won’t even price override any transactions to honour these either

BUYER BEWARE!! charged for 2 lots of fuel today that would never have fit in my car!! attendant refused to refund until head office was called... did it to the person behind me aswell when i went into get duplicate recepit...
