This place is absolutely appalling and no words to describe how unprofessional the staff are. They cancelled / rescheduled my appointment 3 times without notice after confirming the day before my appointment with a specific worker , I rocked up at the appointment and she had the audacity to tell me sorry it’s booked the week after , and mentioned the worker had to cancel and reschedule all appointments. After getting several laser treatment sessions I started to get a reaction Extreme burning, skin redness and constant itching. After telling them what happened and showing them photos of the reaction straight after the treatment , staff showed absolutely no care and mentioned it was “ normal and if I had any issues to contact customer care “. I’ve contacted customer care and raised a complaint and nothing has been done , and refused to give refund as it’s “ not part of the policy “. Staff from customer care are just as worse with disgusting attitude . Hired very unexperienced staff and staff at the age of 17 /18 that haven’t been trained correctly and have no experience what so ever .The customer service was very poor , cold and careless attitude and no proper management to take control of what’s going on . This place needs to be reviewed and staff need to be assessed with the knowledge they have with treating clients. Absolute waste of money

I recommend you to don’t go to this place and waist your money! Thank god i didn’t pay them! I’ve been their customer before and I wasn’t happy! But yet I thought i should give it another try?Their customer service manager is the rudest person i could ever see in such a position!I will never go back, and i will definitely recommend all my friends and family to don’t do such a mistake!

If I could give one no stars I would. These people are literally all about taking your money. I had bought a package of four full body laser last year. First time I went they singed my eyelash off, the second time as I was telling the therapist what had happened, she accidentally got my eyebrow and I had my sisters wedding that week. The problem wasn’t that at all, accidents happen. When I asked to get the rest of my money back because I did not feel comfortable going again they said they would. Since Jan this year I have been back and forth with head office, and the clinic. With no help at all or no refund. I went to the clinic and the therapist helped me and told me she would do something called an “issue tracker”. I have not gotten my money back. No apology. Nothing. Absolutely poorly managed. Do not go here. Save your eyebrows

I tried to give this business a go, despite reading the reviews. I've had issues in the past with booking appointments because there only seems to be 1 person who knows how to do pigmentation removal. The icing on the cake for me though was I booked an appointment for another pigmentation removal session. I received the confirmation email, then I went in for my appointment. There were 2 girls at the counter, the first one told me to take a seat and that the lady will be ready soon. I was thinking that there was a staff member at the back with another client, but to my surprise it was the second girl at the counter that was booked in with me. I don't know why the first girl said that the girl will be ready soon when the lady I was booked in was right next to her. Within a minute or so the other lady that was booked in with me at the counter apologised and said that she can't do pigmentation for me because the girl that normally does it has left and the manager is the only person who knows how to do it, and she won't be in until later in the week. I asked her why didn't you call me beforehand instead of me waisting my time coming here? She said that they've been flat out busy. Mind you there was no other customers in the shop apart from me, completely empty and it didn't look busy at all to me. She apologised countless times, so at least she did that but I'm still not happy with how unprofessional the business is, and how many times this keeps happening. I'm fed up with not knowing whether or not my appointments will actually happen or not. They need to train more staff to avoid this from constantly happening. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because when I have had the sessions (roughly 3) I did see an improvement in my skin. It's such a shame because now I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

I have been a client of result laser clinic for many years. After a year and a half, I was informed that the equipment they have are not appropriate for my skin type. I have light brown complexion, and I haven't noticed many changes. I had already been encouraged to purchase more sessions and to do so in quantity. I read their contract, which states that there is no return, but nowhere does it state that the devices are ineffective for those with brown complexion. I'm not happy at all with the services. The corporate headquarters are impolite and unwilling to even hear the situation. Although Broadmeadow offers good customer service, the main issue is the head office. I've tried to get a refund by contacting the corporate office, but they always say they'll get back to me or that the manager is on leave. I do not suggest Results Laser since they do not treat individuals with respect, and if you have brown skin, you should avoid most of their treatments . I won't be using the service going forwards, and I don't recommend it. I've never ever given a negative review to a business, but I feel compelled to now.

Went in for my appointment, was guided to a room and told to undress after she leaves, SHE THEN WALKED IN less than a minute after leaving, while I was still undressing AND SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOCK BEFORE ENTERING!! You best better believe I’m not coming back ever!!!

Honestly don’t know where the negative reviews come from-I only had a full face laser but can confidently say I felt very accommodated and comfortable with the staff. I had two different technicians in my two appointments & both were exceptionally polite and respectful.First was very polite, answered all my questions patiently.Second was extremely accommodating, moved my appointment to better suit me on short notice and made small talk during the appointment.By far my first and only cosmetics store I will be visiting. Highly recommend.

Had a chemical peel with the lovely Eugenia today. My skin already feels a lot cleaner and refreshed. She was so informative and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment. I look forward to my next one with her! :) thanks again Eugenia!
