Shlomi and the team genuinely took care with my car and have a great approach to customer service. They took the time to call me and run through diagnostic fault codes and what they were doing with the vehicle.There were no pressure or upsell tactics, just good advice on what to do now vs next service, along with honest pricing.

I really struggled with an ongoing headlight problem. Took my car to Audi, spent a fortune and they didn’t resolve the problem. Was recommended to Shlomi and his team and they were fantastic. Very experienced and dedicated to getting results. I now have all my daughters taking their cars there.

I had taken my Range Rover into the Range Rover service centre at Springwood 3 times for a bad oil leak that they never managed to fix. But 1 visit to K&G and the leak is fixed! Very happy with the service provided by K&G! I will be returning for all my car needs.

Glad I found this little place!The labour charge was a little more pricey for the hour than what I thought it would be, but you pay for what you get:- informative detailed information so I understood everything.- extremely fast, same day repair even though parts needed to come from somewhere else- great communication from Sivan every step of the way- flexible arrangements for after hour pick up as I work standard business hours- brilliant job done. Car runs super smooth- a very strong 'family business' feel when dealing with the team.Very happy with the outcome. Will be back for my new tyres, wheel alignment and break pads soon.Thanks heaps guys :)

Great experience. I’ve been here a few times for services and repairs for my Audi and they are always professional, well priced and honest. Definitely recommend!

I have a 2016 BMW 220i which as had a full service history with BMW. At around 145,000 kms it needed a timing chain kit installed plus 2 hydobearings in the front suspension. BMW quote: $7,250.00. K and G completed this work for $3,850.00. Car has now done 150,000 kms, running beautifully.Then needed a new pump for window washers. BMW quote: $700.00 installed. K and G replaced the pump for $231.00.I just had the comfort entry system fixed. This was an electrical fault that was very difficult to find because the car had some damage to wires from a mouse. BMW quote: Who knows, $260.00 per hour for as long as it takes. K and G found and fixed this fault in 4 hours, very impressive. They had to remove a lot of covers and also the front passenger seat. At a much lower hourly rate than BMW. I have had great communication with head mechanic Shlomi and it is a pleasure to deal with Siuan on reception. They give me a car to drive as well.I highly recommend K and G for competent, cost effective and high quality work. You can trust these people.

Absolutely fantastic.I never had such an amazing experience ever. They have a flawless process to book a customer, very polite and patient. Hats off to Mr.Shlomi. He is a genius.I had got my BMW X4 with some issues and Shlomi used his skills not only to locate the right issue but also resolved it perfectly. I strongly recommend him for his skillset. This was my first time to K&G AUTOMOTIVE and they have treated me like they have known myself for along time customer. A1 service on both myself and my BMW gave me options on my vehicle and told me the about the more urgent repairs. They had performed a thorough inspection and a report . And offered me a courtesy car . I highly recommend this mechanical shop . Thank you very much both mechanic's and reception staff
