Nice and helpful and they repaired my wipper sniper

Brought a Husqvarna 522L from here about 2 years ago. The sales staff are helpful, friendly and informative. Have returned for servicing and I was very pleased with the works done as well as the price. Great local business and would highly recommend.

No parts in stock and very poor after sales service. A don't care attitude!

Extremely disappointed. Purchased a Husqvarna ride on which has done only 160hrs. Motor bolts came loose (never heard of that before) so took it in and told Schmidt to repair and service at the same time but to let me know if any other issues arise. Wasn’t notified of major problems and copped bill of over $500!!! Took mower home and it burned half the oil in sump in one mow. Would have been obvious to any mechanic once it was started as it was burning oil. No mention from Schmidt about that??Have since taken motor apart which needed new piston rings and valve clean.Very poor customer service. No communication when specifically asked. Overpriced labour.Will not deal with Schmidt’s again.

No stars, had to put a star there to post.. Very rude man. Took mower in working, needed oil and seal, dropped off about and about 3 hours later was told mower not going, don't know what's wrong. Had been mowing before taking in, drove on to trailer and was working fine. Had no intention of trying to work out what was wrong. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody, surprised they are still in business !!!

All the knowledge and parts and service to back it up. Good to be on board with some commercial Husqvarna gear.

Very disappointed in both the service provided and the quality of mower produced here. After buying a mower from here, we had to have it serviced within 5 hours for warranty/free labour. It was not taken into account that we lived 2 hours away and it was the middle of summer with lots of lawn to mow.When the mower reached 4 hours, I booked in a service but couldn't get in for 4 weeks! I was also told the warranty was void if I went over this time. So 4 weeks later, I drove 4 hours return for a 15 minutes service".Then

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a part for my mower prior to New Years and it's now Easter. Kept being told it's on the way. If the part is being sent from China. They must be swimming with it in a backpack. Never again

Terrible customer service. I went in to purchase a $500 whipper snipper. No small sum. The gentlemen couldn’t have cared less. I committed to the purchase and it was like I was doing him a favour. No engagement, enthusiasm or acknowledgement. A gruff mumbling cranky man. Don’t face the public if you don’t like people.
