Took my Jag to these @#$%& for a rego check. They claimed it needed $$$thousands of work. A full service the week before at a Jaguar dealer found nothing. Took it to my mechanic in Sydney a week later and he found nothing other than a blown headlight which I knew about. Draw your own conclusions. Shame I have to give them even one star.

Had a break down in my Delica, these guys said they could diagnose it for $120, was happy with that price, next thing they call me telling me they spent 5 hours pulling it apart trying to figure out what was wrong with it, they got it running but they told me to take it to a diesel mechanic because they couldnt figure it out and its still in bad condition.I was happy on the day that they got it running so I paid the $800 that they invoiced me thinking i could drive it somewhere so i didnt have to pay for towing next time, but the next day it didnt turn on.I had to pay another 800 to get it towed to delica garage near Brisbane becasue it was the only place that didn't quote me $4000Looking back now and after talking to many friends, its honestly crazy that they didnt call me after the first hour to ask me if its ok to keep working on it and that it might blow out to nearly a grand and still not be fixed.Just not on for a business to do stuff like that. I cant recommend them to anyone and will tell people to stay away unless they resolve this with me.Im basically broke right now, so if youre reading this classic cars and have a heart I would really appreciate some of my money back.

I was warned by multiple friends that they're difficult to go through but i was desperate and yes, my friends were right.. the experienced with them was the worst i've had as a customer in general. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Every time over the phone they were snappy and blatantly angry and couldn't care less i was a paying customer. I understand that they were INCREDIBLY busy, probably because of carona giving them lots of stress but my experience took just shy of two weeks to do a simple blue slip to fix one brake light, stick rear view mirror on and get a motor for my automatic driver side door. Feel bad writing this, this is my first ever online review, but i just couldn't let this slide.

Had an oil leak and water leak, orange engine light on!!Had already been to my mechanic who where excellent, recommended to go to VWCC as it was recommended.Explained to VW I had just had new plugs and new coils, my car wasn't running smoothly and I was concerned! I was told by VWCC that a coil had snapped! No mention of the oil leak or water leak! I asked them to look, which they did, never fixed it, I was told to book it in, as they couldn't fit it inCharged 500 dollars !! Informed my car was SAFE TO DRIVE with an oil leak and water leak! I telephone my mechanic who strongly advised me not to drive that car I had been given completely wrong information no one drives a car with oil and water leak! Likely to blow the engine upVery poor service, do not take your car here, putting your life I'm there hands!!

Was recommended by a family member. Had issues with transmission and didn't want to re do it myself so booked in with these guys. Left specific instructions on what oil to use for the transmission, left in writing mind you. They put the wrong oil in. Called up and was told they used what their oil supplier had said was okay to use. I informed them that it was corrosive to the brass syncros and that it could only take a specific oil. Was basically brushed off. For the amount that I paid for the whole job you'd think that they would listen to you, but nope. Never using again. Best advice I could give is steer clear of this place. Lost 4 customers in one go, good job!

Spent $777 last week only for the same issue to happen again today. Terrible customer service, I strictly told them to call me before doing any repairs as I’m on a budget. That didn’t happen. I was told it would be a 6 hour job and finished same day as I’m living in my van. I had to call to get an update only to be told this and that had been done and they need it overnight. Didn’t find this out until 3:30pm so then had to pay a ridiculous amount for accommodation. Picked her up 2 days later and the sliding door wasn’t working yet it was perfectly fine when I left her there. Took it back and the manager was flat out rude and arrogant towards me. Now the “repairs” they did to the engine have failed. Not a chance I’m going back to get it seen too again when he was so rude about something so simple like the door.I had a 2nd mechanic look at my van today and guess what…the problem was fixed within 15 minutes!! No parts needed. And the parts that you put on my van last week were just a case of you trying to guess what was wrong and not needed!! You charged me 6 hours of labour for something you didn’t fix or look at properly when another mechanic found the issue in 15 minutes and they didn’t charge me an hour of labour!! Your business is a joke. Plain rip off and flat out rude.

I’ve been a loyal customer, spending several thousand dollars over the past 5 years, but on Dec 12, 2016, I had an unpleasant experience and no longer recommend this business.1. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time,1pm, to resolve why my '94 Camry was still running rough after having the plugs cleaned and adjusted by them for $84 about 10 days earlier.2. When I made the appointment, I was very clear I had another appointment at 3 pm in Ocean Shores.3. After being told the mechanics were still at lunch and would be back in a few minutes, I waited in my car in Bay #2.4. After going back into the office at 1:40, and repeating my time concerns a third time, I was able to get a mechanic to listen to the engine at 1:55pm.5. He immediately questioned why the plugs were not replaced on the previous visit and stated they should be replaced every year.6. He called the parts supplier and determined the plugs would likely arrive by 2:30.7. He said he could install them quickly, so I walked to the nearby Bunnings to shop.8. Returning from Bunnings at 2:20pm, I passed my mechanic on foot, going the opposite direction. He said he’d replaced the plugs (they looked bad) and had left my car idling in the bay to see if it ran smoothly when warmed up.9. I paid for the plugs. He didn’t charge me for the labor since he believed they should have been replaced the first time.10. I then went to the car, which was still idling in Bay 2, with the bonnet up and no one in attendance. It was 2:50 and I was going to be late for my appointment in Ocean Shores, so I drove it out.11. Believing that I had made an unnecessary visit to install plugs that should have been replaced the first time, plus being forced to wait nearly 2 hours for a 10 minute procedure, I wrote an email to the owner complaining that I had been overcharged and made to wait an excessive time for an unnecessary appointment12. After a week with no reply (he had previously been very responsive to emails when I needed an inspection done while I was still overseas), I called the office. He said he had passed the matter off to an employee and had not read my email.13. I attempted to verbally explain what had happened, since the owner not been present during my appointment on Dec 12 and apparently was unaware of the events. He refused to address my concerns, raising his voice unpleasantly instead.14. After allowing a day for us both to cool off, I attempted once again to present my case by email, asking the owner to show my email to his wife, who co-owns the business with him—hoping she would be more understanding. I received no reply.15. Three weeks later, after the shop reopened from the Christmas break, I went into the office to see if he would listen to my concerns. He again refused to consider them and became unpleasant, so I left.16. The following day he sent an email saying. “We care greatly about our customers, which is why we have such a successful business. We stand behind our work and are the first to admit when we have done something wrong.”17. You be the judge.
