Took car in for a service, they hadn't started until I got there. After 30 minutes apparently done a full service and safety inspection. Said all 5 tyres including spare where at proper pressure and holding air. The spare in the boot was dead flat. Mentioned the rattle in the rear of the car ( presumed shock absorbers) and was told everything besides the tyres where 100% and in good condition with no mention of the rear end issues.

Left me with a car that was completely unsafe to drive home. Took the car in with a problem, picked it up and was told it's safe to drive, the car was limping at a snail-pace and was very unsafe in rush hour traffic.When I shared this complaint with the team and manager, they firstly told me that the car was safe, and that when they tested it it was behaving normally (safe). Basically denying any responsibility for the issue.Added to this the price I paid was top dollar, at which I expected top service.Would certainly NOT recommend this shop as safety, and customer experience doesn't appear to be a priority for them.

Car dealers generally have the knack of leaving a bad taste in my mouth, not this time. I found Milita knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. Obviously they have to make some profit but in my opinion I was offered a very fair deal on my trade in and new car. I will not hesitate in returning when it's time to update again. Happy customer, and thank you Milita.

Pretty disappointed with my very first service at Blood Hyundai Geelong. Part of the service is a complementary wash and vacuum, little did I know my brand new car was going through a car wash machine -.- Despite this my car was not washed or vacuumed upon pick up and when I mentioned if it had been washed I was told it may have been washed two days ago. My car was not super dirty to begin with, so to receive it with dirt marks and bird dropping is not okay. What type of service is this?

Took car in for $265 service. Received phone call advising more expensive service required $375 due to time passed since construction not kilometers driven. I advised of blue smoke issue. Was told $130 to investigate issue. $265 service turned into $500 plus service. When car was collected “complimentary wash” not done. Report states “scratch - very dirty - cannot spot scratch” Well if they washed the car they could of….. Hopeless. Spoke to manageress “very sorry (not), can’t help”. Will take all of our fleet to anywhere other than Bloods Geelong. recommend others to steer clear.

Several bad experiences with repairs completed on two Hyundai vehicles, dealership also refused to replace a faulty display they installed after a recall. Giving two stars because front desk service has been very good, but for auto electrical work or even car vents I would recommend taking your vehicle to just about anyone else.

Ive received a call from parts department that my order is ready for pick up. Arrived late around 5:15PM to pick up ordered mats but the one left at parts department are not helpful. have to come back another day making sure I paid the order, when in fact you can't lodge an order via phone without paying thru credit card.
