Awesome Job. On time and on budget!! The hybrid flooring Ken and the team have done for us looks really nice. We went around shopping for flooring options and found Carpet Town. The folks at Carpet Town are great people to work with. Romal and the team were so helpful in advising us on the best product for our specific needs, and understanding our challenges with the logistics of moving a lot of furniture and household clutter in a large home. Splitting our installation into 3 stages over a few weeks (one downstairs and 2 upstairs) made the job of packing, storing and moving our house contents manageable, with the least disruption to our home life. The installers worked very professionally, advising us, and providing solutions as they proceeded where there were issues with floor levelling, and fixing squeaky floor boards. They cleaned up thoroughly on completion. We are really happy with the result of the hybrid flooring that has been installed. It looks and feels great. Absolutely recommended product and business.

I recently had the old carpet in my house replaced upstairs with laminate flooring to match my downstairs living area. My experience - Based on reviews, I went into Carpet Town to meet with Romal for a quote. Straight away I could tell he was very knowledgeable on the products and we discussed the installation process with a keen eye on the detail. He spent a lot of time explaining the various options to get the sleekest look while being very transparent on the cost. I decided to go with Carpet Town, not only because of the very reasonable quote, but the honesty and customer service was exceptional. During the process of customising the stair nosing, I also met with Ken, who was kind enough to come after hours to ensure the product was right and further walk me through the installation process. Days later they were ready to install and the professionalism and efficiency from their installers was second to none. They took the time to check with me every part of the layout to make sure I was happy and still managed to complete the whole job before 4pm. Romal and Ken also followed up with me in person at my property to make sure I was satisfied with the install and needless to say, I was very impressed with the professional finish. These guys are a great team, from beginning to end, no stress, just reassurance the whole way. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend Carpet Town to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring. We had our old carpet replaced by Carpet Town recently. Been an absolutely delightful experience and will highly recommend them. Ken is quite affable, and more importantly transparent, professional and very knowledgeable about the trade to guide you with the right choice. And the brothers followed up with an equally impressive work in laying the carpet. They have been quite flexible and accommodative as well, apart from being commercially competitive. Guess that old school charm and trust worthiness of a family run business will strike you for sure.
