Awful. After a meeting; 6 emails, 2 phone calls and handing all my paperwork in with a note I was phoned by the principal of the office to be told (rudely) that they had no note and no emails and that he was too busy to take me on as a client as I had failed in communication. Unbelievably poor service.

Jim Kern has been my accountant for over 30 years . I called him an explained I have stage 4 melanoma an need some help filling out the tax an business side of some centerlink forms . We don't do centre link stuff here he said . I did read out one question , he laughed an said well that's easy , then said look ring someone else try centre link. He set up a partnership for my wife's an myselfs small business, who else but your accountant should help with that . Ps was not asking for or expecting a free service . 30 years , thanks KERN ACCOUNTANTS JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR RIGHT NOW
