Their service is INCREDIBLE! We had a big prob with our spa & within 10 mins they were able to solve it and it had been going on for 1 yr! We've changed pool companies now. So friendly, helpful and always free, correct advice over the phone. BEST spa/pool company on Nthern Rivers. Well done. Keep up the great work!

We have had ongoing issues with our pool for years. One visit from these guys and everything is working and continues to work. Sparkling pool water, functioning chlorinator. Weight of our minds. During huge rains our pool filled with run off dirt. They came 3 days in a row and turned it from a swamp back into fabulous! Love these guys. Totally know their stuff.

Not sure whats happened but since Splashking took over the phone is rarely answered and trying to get a pool service is hit and miss. I get text messages with reminders of a pool service and then no one actually comes, I ring the number on the text messages and no one answers. They are badly in need of an online booking system where phone calls are not required.

Asked them to come look at my spa as the pump is failing. They didn't ask for further details. It took 5 hours to call me back, only to say Sorry

15/11/22Rang about a swim tether, the girl did not know what that was. It is called a swim trainer and they have them in the store. I drove from Lismore to buy. Walked in the store and was the only customer. 3 staff in the store and not one acknowledged me. 1 guy was on the computer the other 2 were talking to each other. I found the item, opened it to check it out and decided to buy. Walked to the counter, put the box on the counter and got my phone out and put my pin in ready to buy. Stood there for a few seconds and still no one said hi. Nothing from the guy on the computer and the other 2 just kept on talking to each other. So, I walked out leaving the box on the counter. Now I will have to buy from Amazon.

James the male owner does a great job and is polite, unfortunately the woman in the office is rude, incompetent and the other pool cleaners did not maintain the pool, always a green tinge. Poor WHS by others coming to service, partially because of the lack of office support. As a home owner I would never again take the risk with this company. The rude, crude customer service is disgusting. Unfortunately this company cost me money. I would also suggest to anyone thinking of using them to take the time to read all the poor reviews and comments regarding this woman and her rude, lack of basic service on their Facebook account.I'm lucky that I had witnesses here and the surveillance cameras running which recorded the whole thing.This was Natalie's response to my review, This is in response to us cancelling her service due to abuse of our service tech and his registered service dog."Summerland Pool's reply to this review is disgusting and further demonstrates this woman's poor service now manipulating trying to vie sympathy. These guys put an ozone system in our pool, and so far it's been good,Lately (a year on) the main pump has been squealing so I told them about it, apparently it's still under warranty, so they have come out and removed the pump , hopefully to fix it,

Out of no where stopped coming to clean our pool in eltham, there was a mistake on their end and a guy went to the wrong pool, upon realising it was the wrong place they never contacted us to inform. We assumed our pool was getting treated until it started turning green out of nowhere. Contacted them multiple times, they said they would be out but never came. After a few weeks of this we just decided to do it ourselves, what a nightmare. I would have rather them tell us 2 months ago they couldn’t be bothered to come out so we would have got on top of it sooner.

Previous owners were excellent. Now the phone rings out and a standard message is heard without any details or apology for being busy.Idrove from Ballina and rank in store to show staff what happened. He was surprised.Isought advice on Blackfoot issues and he knew nil being new.The girl with him was even newer. I asked for owners and they decided to not come in .It is Xmas eve and super busy. I was going to buy a sand for over $1000 sale. I walked out permanently.New owners are obviously too richtocare about customer service.Stay away folks.John Bout

My mouth is still flabbergasted at the poor service of the woman I have just heard and experienced over the phone. Rude doesn't begin to explain it. I can only imagine what she costs this business from the people she turns away with her lack of professionalism, common sense and courtesy. God help you if they attend your pool.
