I sought out Stuart Loudon of Loudon Legal when I wanted to replace a free will that was written for me some years ago. I was concerned it wasn't going to do all I needed it to and Stuart showed me my concerns were well placed.The quality of the new will he wrote for me, and the speed with which he took me through the process, was exemplary.Beyond that Stuart also helped me sort out another area that I had little prior knowledge of. A Lasting Power of Attorney. So many people do as I did and stop at the writing of a will. They don't think about what will happen if they lose capacity to be able to make decisions either around their own health care or their finances. Thanks to Stewart I now have a very solid will and Power of Attorney in place so that if anything happens to me my family will be well cared for and any decisions they face will be simple to make.Stuart is very personable, easy to talk to and makes what can be a challenging experience (not many of us enjoy reflecting on our death or possibility or losing capacity to care for ourselves!) a painless process.
