Don't choose them as your job provider. There's other agencies that will happily pay for tickets to further your job career, but not jobstatewide. They made excuses as to why they can't, then they finally said yes to reimbursing me and I'm still waiting. It's been 2 months. They also said they called me for a phone appointment, which they didn't. They added a demerit point to my name and made me miss 3 days of work to fix my centrelink because they put a stop to it for not answering their call" .... when they didn't even call me. There's better agencies out there that actually care

Worst job seek provider I have ever had. They have no empathy for people with mental health. Other job seek providers will go out of their way to help you, this one doesn't care.
