Bagels, Bagels, Bagels.Fabulous bakery, with amazing Bagels. I had given up trying to buy Bagels in Sydney,. The supermarket Bagels were stale , and now this wonderful bakery with so many different flavoured Bagels. Blueberry, onion, plain, cinnamon etc , etcOpens early but is closed Saturday

great food but very poor customer service at the Royal Bakery in QVB.Got kicked out from the table after I was seated there for 1H drinking my coffe. the manager" came to me and asked to order another drink which I did then said that I could not drink and stay there for the whole day.I ordered the first coffe at 10.57am and she came to kick me out at 12pm while 2 extras tables where seated there even before me.I work in customer service too and there is no way that you approach customers in this way. very rude and poor manners.definitely not going back if she works there."

mistakes made and the food was very average/dry. They left our order on their counter for ages even though it was not busy- only a couple of other people dining at the time we had to ask that we please have it .Example of one mistake -Ordered a grilled chicken, cheese and mayo sandwich for my niece got a fresh rye sandwich with melted cheese in the centre and no mayo -enquired as to why it was rye and also not grilled, was told they don't stock white bread and this was a grilled sandwich, of course she took one bite and that was that.

5 mistakes on 2 sandwiches and a pot of tea!My mother and I were on a short break from interstate and badly needed lunch. We should have been guided by the near-empty cafe as a bad sign. We ordered two toasted sandwiches, a pot of tea and some tap water. Easy right? No.* A specific sandwich was ordered with certain ingredients to be removed (due to a medical condition) and lightly toasted. The sandwich was delivered without any of the adjustments made.* The second toasted sandwich was requested as per the menu but the bread was white as if it wasn't toasted at all. The lightly toasted" instruction was applied to this sandwich too without checking.* Both sandwiches were delivered to the wrong people (not a big issue

As a Sydney urban monkey sometimes you simply need a good coffee and something hot. Have been coming here for a short while. The lovely girls behind the counter have ready smiles and willing to correct my broken Spanish. A good location to rest up when in the city.

Well presented cafe with variety of fresh Portuguese cakes made in store. Highly recommended.

Awesome coffee, delicious pastry and really nice tarts.

The coffee is good, pasties are ok. Staff needs to smile and greet customers better. A little bit abrupt .This is my second and last time.
