Positive experience at RMG. Was an easy and smooth appt.

I have been waiting for doctors as good as these guys for years. All the doctors are friendly, listen to concerns and are ready to help. The clinic itself may be a little dated but the service is way more important. So happy I can across this place. Making it my new doctor go to.

Saw Dr Siew last minute (booked via hotdocs) as my partner was feeling ill. Got blood test done on site and got a follow up text from Dr Siew a few days later to make sure she was feeling okay and advising of the blood test results. I feel this doctor actually does care about her patients and would recommend people to visit this clinic

Rude reception staff - old lady. We were told to wait outside (raining) and was not even told that we need to get a number for the queue (blood test). We’re first in queue and still waited for 30 minutes (still nothing after that) and we decided to left as a lots of elderly person are behind us and we feel sorry for them. Just no service and care at all.

Shocking! From rude office staff to Doctors misdiagnosing my husband this place is just awful.

My experience with Rosanna medical clinic started off good when I went for a chronic knee pain issue. The GP that I saw was really nice and helpful; however after seeing him I received a call from the clinic a week later. The purpose of the call was to ask me to come back as he had made some mistakes with the paperwork and needed to fix some details, so I booked another appointment. Upon booking I was told that I would have to pay the full appointment fee again for something that I didn't do wrong and was in no way my fault.Good doctor but discusting way to treat people.

Wonderful family clinic. Like most other clinics, waiting times can stretch out but I've found that once you are in front of the doctor you don't get rushed back out of the door. Have seen many of the doctors here and are all friendly and take the time needed to resolve your ailment.

Surprisingly easy or get an appointment. Ran on time. Though not bulk billed.

Terrible service! NO CARE FOR PATIENTS! Unfortunately, its such a shame that this review needs to be written. The reception staff at this clinic are so terribly rude. It always come across that it is TOO HARD to find appointment times for their patients. Today in particular, I had an awful experience with Maxine at reception, who simply shrugged me off after i mentioned, my young son, who is 21 months old has been unwell and she couldn't even find a spare 15 mins for a telehealth consultation with a Doctor. Instead, told me to contact another surgery and was very quick to hang up. I am so disappointed with the service received. Its just not good enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard to get a booking with your doctor even if you tell them how sick you are. They have no compassion. We love our doctor but thinking of moving my children's care to a different GP because of the receptionist who can't accomodate booking even for a sick child. Not even offer an alternative solution or appointment. They should prioritise people who are really sick and needed to see the doctor as soon as they can. Doctors save lives that's why they're there to cure and offer prevention but booking system is hearltess and receptionist don't care even if you tell them that your child is very sick and needed to see their usual doctor since they have all the records. Have to change the system Rosanna Medical Group, have more compassion and improve your triaging system to accomodate more urgent appoitments for sick patients.
