Dr Milly (Devanshi) at Westmead Gentle Dental and the staff at the front desk are really nice and give me great confidence that My teeth are being looked after by professional, confident and talented people. They care about my present dental health but also my future dental health. Even though I hadn’t been for a few years I was not lectured, only care for in a professional and caring manner.

Nancy provided excellent care and showed outstanding diligence towards her work. I was very impressed at the joyful staff and would certainly go back. An overall great experience and they lived up to their name “gentle” dental.

[As of Nov 22] - Friendly and professional. I have visited this place for last 4 years and have always had great experience.Dr Nancy is very pragmatic and considerate while dealing with any tooth related issues.Special mention to the support staff for ensuring patients are well equipped with pre/post procedure care and have clarity on any billing related issues.Also appreciate the ease of setting up an appointment, good to see people embracing technology.Highly recommend!

This was my first ever visit to a Dentist. I was very nervous and anxious as I wasn’t sure what would come of it. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman. The entire process was very smooth. The dentist who treated me seemed to be well experienced and knowledgeable. She gave me an in detail diagnosis. Overall, this was an amazing experience. Will visit them again after 6 months for my next check up.

Dr Nancy Chu is a nice, good dentist. She makes you comfortable and always checks how you are. Their patient treatment coordinator is also professional and explains details thoroughly.
