Staff were very efficient and friendly.My visit with my dog was made friendly and the examination was professionally performed.

Deep appreciation for the caring team at Greencross Vets Aikenvale for my boy Chowder. He has had a smooth recovery from surgery. I can tell how well he was treated from how happy he gets every time we go there now.

Took my new puppy there to get vaccinated,they were really friendly and nice and even though they had an emergency happening there at the same time,they explained the situation and we were still seen very quickly with minimum delay.. they were very gentle with my puppy have her treats throughout her checkup and explained everything that they were doing to her. Highly recommended thank you for your great service.

My cat was having some issues in the litterbox, no big deal just mostly anxieties and some weird behaviour, so a test was all we needed and to be reassured she didn’t have a fever. They got us in for an emergency appointment which was awesome, told us to come in at 1pm because surgeries would finish by then, we were waiting until 2:30 just to be treated like idiots by a doctor who tried to oversell me meds to ‘help’. The receptionist was also rude, I was in a rush and she told me to not be so ‘abrupt’ because they were trying to help us… Would never recommend this Greencross, Fairfield or Hyde park are much better options and I have never been treated like this with other locations.

If I could give no stars I would.From the minute I called on the phone and said i was out the front with my puppy who was dying, I was told your lucky I'm even here

My dog had vaccination after my dog hadanaphylactic shock, We went emergencyvet they said “ It's not good to get three vaccines on the same day.”Greencross vet (Aitkenvale) didn’t tell me anything.My dog nearly died,I never go there!

Very friendly. Pet friendly as well. They weren't worried about the amount of hair my dog left on their floor lol genuinely care for the animals

We have been very happy with the service, standard of care and value for money at Greencross Aitkenvale for more than ten years now.

Had been going there for a while and seeing Lydia who was amazing.Now she's gone and some female vet FELICITY WATERFIELD thinks she can put your dog on heavy meds for aggression not knowing the full story. Not taking into account he had been attacked by another dog and is scared of other animals not to mention domestic violence.Just 1 friggen dose and my boy was comatose.You don't comatose a dog because he barks at you and feels threatened. Medicate an animal appropriately!This same woman who is apparently a vet couldn't even clip all his nails. There are nails that were left ling. He wasn't barking or attacking while this was happening so there is no excuse.If a vet can't handle a barking dog don't be a bloody vet. Seriously he's a maltese x chihuahua not a rottie or pitbul and on a lead!
