Bupa Aged Care Queens Park

I hate this palce now.. Everytime I come here but nowdays this palce is not going well and good environment. The staffs foods and faicilty is not satisfactory..

I am employee of Bupa Queens park. Number of staff who have expressed their view in last couple of days do not represent how new management has implemented changes in the care home putting Residents as priority over some old staff. We have seen old staff working on weekends only and wanting them bring priortize than Residents. We have been fortunate to be able to voice our concern, feel supported and listened by new management team. Residents are cared by all of us and we are proud to be part of the team which genuinely cares for Residents and us.Thank you

The personalised care and individualised attention is second to none. My mother looks better now, and more relaxed than when she was living at home. Congratulations to staff and management of BUPA Queens Park

A loved one of mine is a resident of this facility. It has professional and very caring friendly staff and management. Food is very good. Activities for the residents are enjoyable and appropriate, and stimulating. The facility is always very clean but maintains a home like feel and atmosphere. Residents are respected and listened to. Highly recommended.

I don't know how this aged care got this worst situation. Really disappointed I will never visit again...

We are always impressed by your creativity with the activities and entertainment that you provide. The interaction between the staff and the residents is just lovely to see and the kindness shown is so heart-warming. I would like to give a big shout out to Bupa Queenspark.My mum has been a resident there for nearly 3 years and never have I been concerned about her welfare during this time.`During covid lock down I was in a LGA of concern and was unable to even see her through a window but could talk and see her on facebook and the family was able to send her photos and messages and the great staff would show her. She loved the visits and chats in her room from the staff.Her medical concerns have always been dealt with straight away and relayed to me asap.Her room is always clean and the food always fresh and nourishing.I could not be more happy with this arrangement for my mum and thank the staff for their compassion and understanding.Lyn Nicholls

Amazing place. Residents are well cared for, their progress closely monitored and they are kept safe! My father is well looked after and I am very grateful.

I am writing to show my appreciation for the work of the staff at Bupa Queens Park in relation to the care of my mother Teresina Mattei.The last few months have been difficult for many people, especially those working in aged care facilities, many of which have come in for severe criticism for poor service delivery.Notwithstanding this situation, my mother has been extremely happy with the service that she has received at Queens Park from all the staff which has made her life comfortable, secure and enjoyable.My only criteria for assessment of your facility and staff is the comfort, wellbeing and happiness of my mother, and in these criteria your facility has exceeded my expectations.The quality of service provided by Bupa Queens Park is a product of the staff who work there and the expertise and experience that they bring to their work, and for that, you and your staff have my wholehearted thanks and appreciation.
