Michael Hill Helensvale

Have to agree with the other reviews here about the poor service. Usually we go to Robina, where the ladies are nice n friendly, however our travels have brought us here recently.On arrival to Michael Hill Helensvale you will almost always see the cluster of nasty eyes surveying whomever is unfortunate enough to walk past, let alone walk in. Service is another matter, usually short, stern replies, and times given for ring service has almost always been wrong. There is one young lass there that is friendly but give the old crew time, they will soon have her re-educated or removed.Dear boss-lady or boss-man - of this store - get new staff, then check your reviews and more importantly SALES in a few months time.

Today my partner and I visited the Helensvale store and came away not only with a fabulous purchase but also a very happy experience. We were not only treated with the utmost respect but were given a complimentary clean of a piece of jewellery that was not even purchased from the store. Caroline and the manager of the store Anthony, were not only experienced but also so very generous and kind.Caroline and manager Anthony will definitely be our jewellery go to every time. Thank you so very much.

I had a pretty poor experience with this store last week. Took my rings in to be cleaned and the next day realised that a stone was missing. I called the store and was told that ‘this has never happened before so it definitely can’t be our cleaning machine’. I did some research and found that that wasn’t the case - ultrasonic machines cause stones to dislodge frequently, so the sales assistant over the phone straight out lied to me.I went back in today with my warranty card and was served by Caz, who was fantastic and absolutely redeemed the store in my mind. She got it all sorted out and sent my ring away to be cleaned, all with excellent service. Thank you Caz!

I am very disappointed with the staff at the Helensvale Michael Hill. They were very rude and unwilling to help resize my partner's wedding ring. Their after-sales service is simply non-existent.My partner ended up ordering the right size from the Harbour Town store, where the staff were very helpful and polite. By the way, the manager at the Helensvale store was really impolite to the staff in Harbour Town, when speaking to them over my partner's phone, because they were so lazy that they refused to call the Harbour Town store themselves. I would give 0 if I could. RUN FROM THE HELENSVALE STORE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!

Absolute pleasure meeting Anthony today. I haven’t worn my engagement ring for a year having lost weight and it not fitting. I’ve been hesitant to have it resized yet and my previous store had no helpful suggestions. Anthony cleaned my ring the best it ha looked and popped and extender on it that has given me the ability to wear my ring again. Such a delight to deal with Manager Anthony he is amazing!

Absolutely outstanding service we had today from Donna. Was so patient with us and went above and beyond, will definitely be going back to see her (even if that means travelling the extra distance to Robina). Thank you Donna

Attended yesterday to purchase a 21st Birthday gift for our daughter, not in stock but at a different store in Logan, staff member wouldn’t call them as they were too busy….. Staff member said she would ring the store later and get a transfer down for us if we left our details. Details left and 2 hours later we had heard nothing, called this store and was told we are still very busy with customers and will call Logan store later! Drove to Logan store today and got our item…Helensvale you lost the $600 sale and you have zero customer service, owners need to sack you and replace with more responsive customer service staff.
