They are usually really good except last night, I ordered 2 mixed kebab meals for my partner and I, the chips were delicious and fresh as usual but the kebabs were cold, the meat was even cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all which made it not a very nice meal and that was both kebabs we were looking forward to nice hot yummy kebabs, but we both got a cold, soggy kebabs, was rather disappointed :( I hope it was just a once off

The three stars is for the customer service! As for the food...$14.80 for the kebab, I expected a bit more on it! The snack pack portion is under my average!

Poor management, swears at customers very rude also owns canelands kebab shop I believe. Got angry at me because I wanted extra sauce. Some staff are the same and very little meat on the kebabs. Needs new management and staff. (Not all staff are the same to be fair)

Meat: Good quality kebab meat, shaved regularly, kept hot.Chips: Hot, perfect amount of chicken salt, generally cooked fresh. Small reservoir creates a high turnover of chips, meaning they're constantly being cooked fresh.Ordering: A tiny bit chaotic as there is not much room to form a proper queue (layout of the Mt. Pleasant food court is what causes this). Owner/staff kept good track of orders despite this.Staff: Friendly, thorough.Sauces: The yoghurt and garlic sauce was a highlight. Hot chili sauce was exactly as described. Barbeque sauce was also benchmark quality. Was double layered (after the chips as well as after the meat). Was originally skeptical of this arrangement but was pleasantly surprised.Received napkins as well which is always nice.The Turkish delights are very good.
