Dreadful. They didn’t vacuum the boot and the back seats and doors were a disgrace and they had the hide to charge $100. I fell like I was robbed.

Very efficient job and set the price at a reasonable amount. Buff and polish was excellent.

This crew are very hard working and fast. They worked in incredible heat the day I brought my vehicle there for a wash, hand wax and interior detail. I pointed out to them prior to commencement that the central console and dash board were what I was most keen to get a deep clean on. The charge was $100 so maybe $35 for the exterior washnWax and $65 foir the interior detail. The process took about 45 minutes so I was pleased with that and with their very polite attitude. The reason for the 2 stars is that the central console looked like it was barley wiped at all. It was certainly vacummed but 'detailing' literally means attention to detail. There was still hand marks on the door arm rests and oily smears across the entire central console that I could wipe away with my bare fingers, even crumbs between the most visible accessible trims around the hand brake. I had to ask them to try again - which he did for 60 seconds and achieved a similiarly poor result which you would expect from just 60 seconds of extra effort. It needed another 15 minutes. I really didnt want to then pay full tote odds but this guy was perspiring so hard so I did. Its a shame for me and for them because, as Ive said, they were so polite.

Took my car to have the suede seats shampooed and was quoted $80. Went to pick the car up a few hours later and paid, without checking the car first (my mistake!) The seats still looked dirty and had definitely not been shampooed properly. It looked as though they may have just sprayed and wiped, there was still obvious dirt that you could get up with your fingernail. Questioned the guy about it and he wouldn’t acknowledge the poor job. He eventually agreed to meet us there the next morning (Sunday 9am) to fix it. We turned up the next day and waited, he didn’t show up. We then called and got through to someone else. After going back and forth he offered a refund and asked me to text through my bank details. 3 days later and still no money received. Had to drive back down there again and insist on refunding me there and then. Would never use these guys again, even 1 star is being generous!

Friendly service but a poor job. I paid $200 for a detail, I asked they focus on the interior as it was filthy.They left mud, marks and food on the interior. The interior cleaner was so thick yet patchy. Very disappointed and we won’t be going back.

Harsh and karan cleaned my car and did an amazing job they were both extremely nice and were attentive towards what was needing done to the car :)

Use to be a regular but not anymore. The staff there now take to many shortcuts and don’t do what you pay for when their boss isn’t there. Tried to charge me an extra $25 to what was listed on their menu. If I’m paying over$100 each time I expect to get what I paid for.

Dheeraj detailed our car for sale and it’s never looked so good!! Great attention to detail.

They don't understand what you ask for. They have changed owners and have increased their prices to the point that I left without getting my car washed. Also they did not seem anywhere as busy when the previous owners had the business.
