VIVO Massage ((Old name:Maple Chinese Massage (The Links))

I went for a massage about 10 minutes ago. I do believe the woman cared about improving how I felt but I don’t think she gave much thought on what I was saying. I asked for a shoulder neck and back massage for 60 minutes, the first half was very good it felt like she was targeting the areas, I think the elbow technique was very over used and I do know you need to use this technique slowly but it felt as if she was just trying to make it last longer for time to run out. The half after, she moved onto my legs, and feet I didn’t ask for this from the beginning, but I did appreciate it, but not until it lasted for a further 10 minutes, my neck was not yet feeling better and I still felt a lot of tension there.. she then flipped me over and as she did my neck she was yanking my hair and pinching my skin, it was extremely uncomfortable. Then for the last 15 minutes she was basically giving me a rough version of a hairdressers head massage, my head now hurts from the roughness and I don’t believe she asked wether or not I wanted that.. I paid 70 dollars for this.. and yes I feel slightly more relaxed but I did this for my neck..I’m walking away in pain still I don’t expect it to be a magic cure but more had to be done in that area and even reminding her of that was not enough.. I really hope whoever comes here is okay with being rude and pushy to get what they want cause I tried to be friendly and trust the staff to understand what I want, I should’ve been firmer..

Walked in with hip pain. Booked a full body massage and required extra attention on the hips. Massage was so good I gave a tip.

Wendy is the massage therapist who performed the massage for me. She is very well trained. She knows how to release my tension on my muscles, and she always asked how I feel during the massage treatment. Highly recommend.

30min oil massage wasn't bad. Seems popular during that time with quite a few people presenting/returning for a massage.Only downside is the private rooms face out towards the shopping entrance, so felt there was a lack of privacy when the curtains were pushed back for staff to enter/leave when you're on the bed table.
