Fantastic local knowledge, put me straight onto the whiting and I had caught my bag limit in 4 hours. I will definitely be calling in next time I am in the area.

Craig has always been helpful in assisting me with products and any queries I have in regards to what is and isn't biting, and fishing certain areas of Phillip Island more generally. Whenever I fish at the island I am sure to stop here for my bait and tackle.

Absolutely great bait and tackle shop! Very informative and super lovely! Customer service is great, super honest and not just out to get your money! They're more than happy to be informative when you need that bit of extra help and when giving them my really bad explanations they are quick to help and inform, will be going there again many, many more times!

Range and prices are okay. Service could do with improvement. I’ve had mixed experiences here and you often feel unwelcome or silly for entering the store. Most recently, when I asked to have the line on a reel changed, hearing the staff explain to each other that ‘this will be annoying’, left a sour taste. Where possible I will try to avoid spending money here. Despite being a local and wanting to support local business. I’ll try to head to compliant angler Dandenong in future, they have been amazing whenever I have visited.

You'd get better service from a fly on the wall....Response...So are you saying that you didn't give me poor service and of ignore me? Are you saying that you wearnt Munching down a burger unprofessionally at the counter? Both of you at the same time? Are you saying the countless other people that reviewed you are lying as well? C'mon mate, grow up and get serious. .

Great location, friendly and knowledgable staff. Prices seemed reasonable, but then again I don't fish much so can't compare with anything.

Walked on, asked a question, get no service whatsoever. The bloke is there just to rip people off. Don't waste your money here. The guy is a spur old man

Arrived in cowes for a holiday and keen to do some fishing only to arrive at this shop ready to spend good money to stock up. On arrival an elderly gentleman was at the counter on his laptop the entire time we were in the shop. He showed little to no interest in his customers and clearly didn't care if any sale was made. Due to this awful attitude I bought the bare necessities and took my business elsewhere! Stay well and clear of this shop if you want good service.
