Not going to lie parts of this were uncomfortable, how can you grow and learn more if you don't get challenged? Carats and Matiu are great facilitators and communicators. Thanks for your time, sensitive, direct and encouraging words Carats. Totally recommend Immersive Leader !

I would highly recommend Immersive Leader and the 30 Day Elite Sales Challenge, it's a fantastic way to find out what your values are and what you want to achieve and steps to make it happen. My conversion rate increased a lot over the 30 days and writing it down makes you accountable and a great way to see where you can improve. The boys made it such a fun and interactive day, they went above and beyond and helped throughout the whole day & next month which is very motivating.

The 1 Day Immersive Leader course was brilliant. Although this was a “fast track” version of other courses they can offer it was well worth my time which I can not say for other “sales/travel industry” courses I have attended.Carats and Matiu know what works and what doesn’t from their experiences and success. They share their successes in a simplistic and understandable way that really uncovers the common sense we often lose track of when we are working under strict work practices, limited time frames and general everyday work pressures.Thank you for wanting to share your knowledge with us at PHT!

Simple, practical and easy to understand, 3 key points which I consider to be imperative when learning. Both Carats and Matiu were engaging, maintained the interest of the attendees for the full day and I look forward to seeing the positive results.
