Fitstop Southgate

I joined in the first week of Fitstop Southgate opening and I haven’t regretted it once. 6 weeks on and I’ve learnt so much and my fitness level is the best it’s been in years. The trainers are on hand to show correct form and technique and are so friendly and approachable. I’m so glad a ditched the old gym where I lost motivation. Group fitness with knowledgeable trainers is the way to go from now on.

I joined Fitstop 2 months ago and I never thought I'd say that I actually enjoy working out!All the trainers are lovely and really supportive, every session is different, and they really focus on getting your technique right so you can build your strength.I also really love the fact that their Unstoppable series is not about how much weight you can lose or winning" but about achieving your own personal goal

The gym itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped.What drew me to Fitstop was their impressive range of classes and their training programs. They have something for everyone. The trainers are dedicated who push you to reach your goals while ensuring proper form and technique.One thing that sets Fitstop apart is their sense of community. It's not just a gym; it's a place where everyone supports and encourages each other.The atmosphere is incredibly motivating, and I always leave feeling inspired and energised.Overall, Fitstop surpasses all my expectations. Joined Fitstop Southgate as I wasn't motivated/dedicated on my own at a normal gym. The coaches are welcoming, super friendly and supportive. I've learnt so much since they have opened, gained confidence in the gym and doing things I have never done before! Glad they opened and in such a great location as well.

After not having trained for 12 months due to injury, I have found the team and the Fitstop Community at Southgate to be super supportive.Unlike similar gyms, the focus here is about consistency, progress and incorporating a healthier lifestyle.It can be competitive at times (in a good way) which has helped me push myself .There are some team based gym sessions that helps build friendships and the Fitstop community and there are personal challenges to help you achieve your goals.The trainers are super friendly and encouraging and often help me switch up an exercise because of my injuries.Honestly, It’s worth giving the team a call or pop in for a chat. It’s definitely helping me refocus and achieve my goals physically and mentally.

I always thought I’d not be ‘fit’ enough to attend Fitstop; I was encouraged to try a free session. I plucked up the courage and I haven’t looked back!! I felt supported, encouraged and welcomed. The trainers always offer an alternative option for the exercises that this old body can’t do. I’ve felt hammered after each session but it’s a great feeling to get the day going! I’d recommend to anyone of any age and any fitness level! Give it a go!!!

I Love the variety of workouts that Fitstop provides. Fitstop Southgate SA has a great community feel and a safe & supportive place to workout and have fun. Highly recommend :)
