We employed Pagewood Constructions to undertake a tricky extension to our home involving an old DA. The project entailed design as well as building and quite a bit of improvisation on the go. Bruce and his crew were great to work with, had intelligent solutions and responded well to the ongoing issues, keeping us constantly informed. We really enjoyed their company on the job and the project was completed on time. Highly recommended.

We employed the services of Pagewood Constructions for the building of a duplex. From the very start of the process, Bruce was both professional and personable in his approach. He carefully went through the contracting details and discussed options with us. He gave some excellent suggestions at the design stage which made the final product better than we could have hoped.All the tradespeople contracted by Pagewood Constructions were easy to deal with and their work was of a high standard.We look forward to working with Pagewood Constructions with our future building and development projects.

I have built several homes and a granny flat using Pagewood Constructions. They are a small, independent, local home builder which was perfect for us. The houses were all constructed ahead of schedule and the owner Bruce kept us up to date. Bruce is very knowledgeable and made many suggestions to either help us save costs, or make small enhancements that had a big impact on the end quality and value. I highly recommend Pagewood. I also believe they do restorations and renovations but I have not used them for that.
