Dog Grooming Innaloo

My little Toy Poodle X has massive anxiety with going to the groomers or vets; But LuLu Belle has been absolutely amazing, so professional and lovely, they take so much care of my little girl and give her so much love. She always walks out looking so beautiful and calm. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Unfortunately after a few times of using this service I will not be returning. My experience today was very disappointing. The customer service shown was terrible with fingers tapping and eyes rolling with impatience, and then to have the eftpos machine just shoved in front of me with no eye contact or speech, was just outright rude. I have never experienced such rudeness from a business owner and to see little acknowledge of my dog, when he has been there since his first cut is heartbreaking. Unfortunately I have experienced her rudeness on previous occasions but this time was really terrible. I will not be excusing her bad attitude for a forth visit.

Not a very warm or friendly lady to either human or dog. My dog has never been nervous going to a groomer, yet he was with her. She didn’t acknowledge my dog at all, just took the lead and instructed me to leave. Upon payment she was drumming her fingers on the counter with impatience as I said hi to my dog.A lesson to trust your dogs vibes of people.

The WORST experience ever.The lady yelled to us and she did not treat our pet (ShiTzu female) properly and her skills as a groomer is very limited, probably due that she get nervous and yelled to us. She will do whatever she knows and not what you request.I never go back to this place and I do not RECOMMEND at all.

Extremely poor service.We have been going to Lulu belle for over a year. The last two appointments the owner has been extremely rude. Just put it down to a bad day. Previous time one of my dogs was shaved too close to his tail and cut his skin open. Put it down to he must have love. This time now my other dog has a massive cut over his eye and is very sad. Not impressed to say the least. Avoid at all cost

Terrible service. Groomed our dog 2 times. Lady is rude and tactless.she left a voicemail with a different time (30 min difference) than we had origianlly booked so i went with her time in the message. Took the dog in and she said she had no time and we were 30 min late. Told my husband i was disorganised and i didnt answer the phone when she called. Wont be using them again

We’ve been going to LuluBelle’s for years and never once has Buddy seemed anxious or upset to be going into the groomers, he in fact excitedly sprints in and always greets Irena with his tail wagging like crazy as she greets him. Irena is friendly and truely wonderful at her job and really cares for the pups she grooms despite it being so stressful and booked out all the time, cannot recommend this place enough.PS.My dog is a highly anxious dog and can be aggressive at times (especially at groomers or vets), we had a terrible experience at a different doggy spa before we found out about LuluBelle’s. Buddy (my dog) used to try and run or cower whenever he realised we were going to the groomers but now he runs in excited to get his spa treatment! So glad we found you Irena!

Amazing service and wonderful staff, I travel 30 minutes to get here and I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

Love bringing our Cavoodle here. Staff are lovely and she always seems happy when she trots out with her new doggie cut.
