This was my first time coming to this shop, came with a couple other people. i ordered a flake, fried flake, and i had to pick out at least 13 bones. maybe more if i ate the rest. great chips though, just the flake was not good, the batter was also soggy and felt more like a grilled flake then a fried flake.

Forgot food in my order...Called up & the guy was so sincere and apologised.. he seemed so genuine I told him not to worry about fixing it up!Great fish and chip shop but I'll be back for the customer service and the way they make you feel like you've known each other for years! ❤️

Tried twice with new owners. It was okay but not great. Young girl serving seemed like she didn't want to be there, I felt like ordering was a hassle. Flake and potato cake were pretty good but the chips were a let down both times...dry inside and soft on the outside so I didn't eat many

Had a hamburger with the lot at 7pm it is now 1am and I still have diarrhea .Please please please if you are going to handle food like lettuce and beetroot please please please use gloves or tongs and not you bare hands .Wont be going back

Their burgers and chips are just awesome. Prices are quite reasonable and never had an issue with staff there.

Flake is very thin. Chips are not crispy. Maybe 7pm is a wrong time. Fish is not fresh at all. The colour of the fish is slightly yellow grey. Batter is very thick like the other reviewer said. Not recommended———-Thanks for your reply. Changed my review from 1 to 3. Maybe 7pm is not the right time. I didn’t take photo of the flake. But I’m pretty sure it is thin.

The Manageress, needs to learn some Manners, She is so Rude and abrupt not just once all the time.This is Croydon a easy living Suburb. I suggest she goes back to Footscray or Richmond with more her ethnic area and can be abrupt there. And does a course in speaking nice to Customers we pay her wage.Definitely not kid friendly

Raw burger pattiesWhen we tried to resolve the issue, they asked us to hold the burger for days and bring them back.Refused to give a refund and was extremely rude over the phone.Chips and potato cakes we flouryWill never be going back
