Brilliant staff. I dealt primarily with Kosta, but also spoke with Travis and Nathan. All three gentlemen were great and never made me feel pressured into buying a car. I loved the service they gave and would definitely buy from them again. Didn't give me the runaround and were honest. Thanks again Kosta for all your help and guidance. My SsangYong Musso is amazing. I mean, they’re good mechanics. But it’s annoying to receive a phone call after drop off trying to sell you on an “anti-bacterial air conditioner clear” or something similar that is equally obsolete. Equally annoying that you can spend $1200 on their services and they don’t even bother to vacuum or wipe down the seats? Probably go elsewhere

Did a bit of shopping around on dealers and so glad we travelled the extra miles to go to Northern Ssangyong. Exceptional service, no typical “car sales man” patter or pressure, ask for Nathan. Picked up our brand new Rexton yesterday and loving it. Thank you for making the whole experience a pleasurable one.
