I brought in a 1960’s Chronographe Suisse, and they replaced the plexiglass in less than an hour and were very truthful about its condition and wether it actually needed a complete service. Also cleaned the dial for free. Excellent service, great range of very high quality Hirsch leather straps and great advice and information about the watch. Would definitely recommend for any low to high end or old watches.

Had to get my Omega Seamaster and TAG Heuer watches battery changed and pressure tested. Not only did they do a very efficient and well priced service, they gave me local recommendations for where to get Cartier leather bands customised at a sufficiently reduced price from what Cartier would provide.I can’t recommend them highly enough and will certainly be using them in the future. Don’t do reviews often however they are a winner.

Popped in to the team after being recommended from a high end boutique, as I didn’t think 24 weeks was an acceptable time frame for fixing a bezel. 10 mins with Ralph and all my watch problems were fixed. First time using them, but will not hesitate to go back. Super friendly staff only bettered by their willingness to help, knowledge and professionalism. Cannot recommend the team enough! For all your watch issues go and see them!!

The owner,Max , no longer works there but his son is there. They said that they were unable to service my Rolex as they needed 8 weeks or more and I was leaving Sydney in 6 weeks , although I had been a customer for more than 30 years.. they said it was not fair on others waiting. So I suppose they lost a customer UT maybe retained others. Who knows.

I guess Ralph Schweizer doesn't need yet another 5-star review - but he's getting one. And he's getting one because he deserves it.Those of us who own one or several mechanical watches appreciate the science and art that is required for their horological health. Sadly, in Australia, the large multinational companies have difficulty in supplying this. Ralph, on the other had, does.Don't leave, Ralph.

Paid a visit to the team here last minute for a battery change and band adjustment on my watch. They did both and a pressure test on the spot in less than 10 minutes. A very friendly and impressive team. Also the entrance is a little hard to find, it is between McDonald’s and the Apple Store.
