Had a great tune from Tom yesterday. Super thorough, honest and went above and beyond what he had to do. Highly recommend!

A big thank you to Tom, he really helped us out when we were in a bind on Saturday evening. Our 200kg cargo food cart bike blew a tire and we were stranded in a car park in Fitzroy in torrential rain. We had tried to fix it ourselves to no avail and our other options were not very favourable.Being late afternoon on Saturday our options were limited with who was open and Melbourne Bike Mechanics got back to me very promptly (another company text to say Monday afternoon was their earliest). Tom arrived within an hour of me speaking to his colleague Brend.The customer service, communication and care both men showed was nothing short of kindness and wanting the best outcome for us.Tom took the time to explain the issue and how he was fixing it to help us have a better understanding of our bike. Tom is now looking for better tyres for us and we will definitely be using him to service our bike!The call out fee for a Saturday night was very reasonable as were the labour and parts cost.If you’re in a bind, these guys are definitely the ones to call.

I had trouble with my headset not sitting right and eventually called up mobile mechanic because i dont trust bike shops anymore. Brent the mechanic / engineer turned up and fixed the problem and other little issues and just saw all the faults before i did which was great and a friendly man with a wealth of knowledge and would recommend to anyone with bike issues and keep up the great service.

Tom's approach and knowledge was great. He explained all facets of the bike to me so I could service it myself if required. He spend plenty of time with me and answered all my questions. Mine was not an ordinary bike (a large and heavy e bike) but Tom expertly addressed everything and fine tuned it perfectly.Great service at a reasonable price.

Tom was spectacular, charged a very fair price for an excellent service. He came to my house on a couple days’ notice and looked after two of our road bikes. Not only were the bikes well taken care of, but Tom was open to discussing options and he gave us a good education in what he was doing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and would happily use them again.

Tom Bocevski saved the day and helped me fix a rookie error as well as assembly my new bike! Forever thankful for his knowledge he shared and getting me on the road! Great service thank you so much!!!

Amazing Service! Brend was very quick to respond to my email enquiry about servicing my bike.Very knowledgeable and taught me and my partner the mechanics of my bike and how to take proper care.
