prices (at list for film processing) aren't the best but the photos turned out great and the turnaround was quick

The guy who works here completely ruined me and my partners desposable camera photos. He did say anything about it when he gave them to us only when we called up he said that somthing wasent right. Very saddening.

In that time he has printed thousands of photos for me.I find his quality to be first rate.Quite often he improves the final look of the pics greatly.He keeps to his promises to complete the work on time. On occasion he has taken photos for me, I have found he has great eye and good demeanor with my customers.

I dropped off two rolls of Kodak Colourplus. I nearly fell over when they told me how much it was going to cost to develop my film. With high expectations my prints and scans were ready for pickup after 10 days later!!! And the quality of both prints and scans was poor. The guy i dealt with was a fair slouch, hardly professional! I certainly will not be returning to Bright Bay Photos!
